She has represented many parents from both Poland and the U.K. faced with Child Care Proceedings.
Marzena is able to advise on Private Family Law matters including Divorce, Financial (Ancillary) Relief, Child Arrangement Orders, Injunctions etc.

Office Assistant
Simeon is a Director of the firm and a highly experienced Solicitor Advocate, specialising in Family Law amongst other things, with a strong and established court practice.
Admitted as a Solicitor in March 2017, Simeon has built a reputation for robust, strategic representation in complex family and child care matters. He is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, reflecting his expertise in representing parents and other parties involved in care proceedings brought by local authorities. He has achieved consistently positive outcomes for clients facing some of the most challenging and emotionally charged situations of their lives.
As a Solicitor Advocate, Simeon regularly appears in court on behalf of his clients, advocating at all levels from the County Court through to the High Court. His courtroom experience allows him to provide clear, practical advice that is grounded in how cases are argued and decided in practice; not just in theory.
In addition to public law child care work, Simeon advises on the full spectrum of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, child arrangements, and injunctions.
Simeon also assists clients with other legal matters such as Conveyancing, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Simeon is based at the firm’s Slough office and is known for combining technical expertise with a calm, decisive, and client-focused approach.
Yasmin assists with the day to day management of several case files with a focus on conveyancing matters.
She is a highly motivated individual with a focus on delivering the best client care.
In addition, Yasmin supervises the Legal Aid Billing Department.
Admitted as a solicitor on 1st March 1980, James has substantial litigation experience, particularly in personal injury matters and disputes over wills. He also acts on probate matters.
James prides himself on the good relations he has with his clients and his perseverance in achieving the best results.
James is based at our Slough office.
Admitted as a solicitor on 1st October 1991, Gurmeet joined Fort Solicitors (previously Fort & Co) in 1999 and went on to become a partner in 2002.
He is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 1995 and is authorised to act for Children and Parents.
Founding member of the Slough Domestic Violence Forum.
