Simeon is a Director of the firm and a highly experienced Solicitor Advocate, specialising in Family Law amongst other things, with a strong and established court practice.
Admitted as a Solicitor in March 2017, Simeon has built a reputation for robust, strategic representation in complex family and child care matters. He is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, reflecting his expertise in representing parents and other parties involved in care proceedings brought by local authorities. He has achieved consistently positive outcomes for clients facing some of the most challenging and emotionally charged situations of their lives.
As a Solicitor Advocate, Simeon regularly appears in court on behalf of his clients, advocating at all levels from the County Court through to the High Court. His courtroom experience allows him to provide clear, practical advice that is grounded in how cases are argued and decided in practice; not just in theory.
In addition to public law child care work, Simeon advises on the full spectrum of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, child arrangements, and injunctions.

Yasmin assists with the day to day management of several case files with a focus on conveyancing matters.
She is a highly motivated individual with a focus on delivering the best client care.
In addition, Yasmin supervises the Legal Aid Billing Department.
Admitted as a solicitor on 1st March 1980, James has substantial litigation experience, particularly in personal injury matters and disputes over wills. He also acts on probate matters.
